Which Intake with 1.22 = No CELs?

Hey guys, I need your opinion.

I've got a Livewire with 1.22 on my 6.4, which CAI works the best and does NOT throw a check engine light?

I've heard that AFE does throw codes. Is this still true with 1.22?

theres no deff answer to that question. i have the same thing and ive tried afe ,S&B, and stock, even a custom and still get codes. S&B is by far the beter choice but you could still get codes. if you go with the S&B you wont get the intake code that every one else has but you still "may" get a p2263 code that some of us are getting. GOOD LUCK

I installed a S&B after putting the 1.22 on. No problems so far.

I agree this strategy stuff is irritating me. I just want the current tunes that are released to make my truck without any problems like the rest of you.

I agree with you but you have to understand the complexity of these PCM's.....remember Rome wasn't built in a day!!!!

I have heard that the S&B intake will deform. When you check the filter the box will not go back together correctly.

I have an aFe, it produces the P2002 code. I have ordered the SCT DPF delete, I heard that the delete gets rid of the codes. Will see. aFe technical support says that a new tube is on trial and when it is done testing it will be shipped to all existing 6.4's.
