I can not get it to load off my computer? When I try to load it on the livewire from the software it keeps telling me fail to read data

Make sure you have the latest LiveWire loader Software - v1.49, Firmware - 6.4.043, and tune revision 1.22.

If all are the correct version and it still doesn't work, call SCT.

it will not let me down load the 1.22 version i got the last firm wire and the drivers but when go to download it from the computer/ website to the livewire it says failed to read data

I've reloaded the 1.22 off my computer you should have it saved when you down loaded it from the sct site. The 1.26 is a joke thanks for nothing sct

Contacted SCT.The problem with the "Failed to read data" was an easy fix.

1. Control Panel
2. Go to System
3. Device Manager
4. If you see the yellow "!" click on it and hit "Update Driver"

It should find it if you have it. The problem was I connected it first then installed the software. Now it works
