How much of a drag will this cause?

I'm thinking of buying this hood for my truck, but to me, it looks like a potential fuel mileage killer.
Any thoughts or experiences with hood scoops and mileage?
Kills mileage, doesn't kill mileage?

If you do loose milage because of it it isnt gonna be a really noticable amount IMO

I had a hood like that on my 05 Silverado with the true ram air kit and it help with mileage......I don't see that hurting your mileage, I mean the truck is a brick cutting through the air any way......but I do see potential for that ram air design that Mike and Matt were talking about

Personally I would wait for some kind of clean looking cowl hood on these trucks
