Snow stage 2 kit. Just sent one to TwinTurboStroker. Ask him about it. You could hit it with NOS?

No nos....I am not a racer and I hate the on off effects of that crap....had it on cars for years...once you go forced induction you never look back.

......but I guess the real question is what kind or how much power are you looking for....Mr. "I'm not a racer but I want more power out of truck just to drive around town"?

Nitrous on a forced inducted turbo (BIG turbo) engine will typically compound HP in magnitudes of 3 times in race applications. A 50-75 HP shot would help cool the charge for my truck application..... And add more HP. This is my thinking, to keep the EGT's in line. (Side Note: We are using a 25 HP shot on a 900 WHP car with a HUGE GT 45 R turbo to help spool up the turbo to eliminate lag..... Full spool should be at 3000 RPM, vs 5800 without nitrous! Should only have to use it on the line.) Mike |
