First, I got to thank my friend from the 101st for sending me the file before it was officially released..

For those waiting on something bigger and better, the wait was well worth it.
I've only got a few miles on the tune, but man what a total and complete improvement. Were talking GREAT!
The boost numbers are a a lot higher and the low end lag that I was complaining is gone. The billowing smoke is evidence that the fuel it wasn't getting before is now available.
There are now viable choices people..

Man I want this tune. Ready to throw this stupid thing out the window with the CEL and reduced engine power! I hope SCT hurries the hell up and releases this tune. Spartan looks better everyday.

ok where are you guys getting this R&D tune because I have looked on sct's site and nothing but the 1.20. Now I'm being patient with the CEL but its starting to get annoying when I start up my truck and have to hit reset everytime. So any info would be appreciated

I just loaded the tune less than an hour ago and immediately went for a joy ride. And let me tell you I thought that the truck was already pretty amazing. Now with this 1.22 tune loaded I was grinning from ear to ear with pleasure. And it seems to be way more responsive from my little trot down the street and boy does it blow black smoke. My girlfriend just shook her head at me and said your just like a damn 5 year old with a new toy. I can't really say anything back because thats what I feel like. Now I don't know all that has changed with the new tune, but it is way better. And the CEL is off and can use cruise control again wahoo!!!! now my only complaint is as I had before is the surging of the engine. Once that is fixed it will be perfect for me for a while until something else comes along the road.

Sweet! The surging is a bit of a pain but I only have it from 65-70mph. Easy to fix, just speed up!

Wait till you see the mileage. I'm getting 18-19mpg and that's driving in town way faster than I should be driving in an F450 4X4.

I am getting the P2263 code when I get on it hard. I re-set the filter minder and it goes away. I'm ordering up a S&B CAI tomorrow.
