Airdog Needed?

I am thinking about doing another upgrade to my truck by adding an Airdog 2 165 and after a lot of reading I still can't answer this question to myself, how important is an upgraded low pressure pump and better filtration? I currently have an 08 F350 H&S running Gearhead Tunes, DPF delete, EGR delete, CCV mod, coolant filter, S&B intake, cold side pipe, and 5" exhaust with downpipe. I keep reading all these stories about contaminated fuel and while I know you mainly hear bad on the net, should I be concerned? I change my OEM filters every 8-10k miles and drain the water separator monthly. Just trying to justify the $670 I guess.

It would certainly not be a bad idea if you can spare the money.

Most do it just because they hate changing the hfcm filter so they get the airdog to replace it. There are no performance gains though many believe it helps keep the HPFP happier

Well from you mods list you are moving towards more hp and down the road you might mod to the point where you might need it so "yes" but maybe the 100 not the 165.

Also I heard you get another hole punched in your man card so... It might be worth it..

But yes it's good for your hpfp. Well that's what I keep hearing.
Plus the filtering is the biggest gain.

Haha nothing against airdog, I just read more positive things with FASS. I'm sure both units are fine. Cats suck, for the record
