Question What kind of stacks are these?

This has been driving me crazy, I have looked for hours with no leads, do you guys know what brand of stacks these are?

Could it be that it's custom made?

Also, why does he have stacks AND a exhaust?

Im gonna go out on a limb and say custom outer heat shield but the stacks are miter cuts. As for why he has both is because he is a tool shed, not just a tool, but the whole damn shed
