Custom part to get better sound

New owner of a 2008 F350 heavy duty I remebered having seen a little custom part wwich is an électric valve insert on the muffler line.
J have googled but impossible find something about.
Do you know what I mean ?

This one's not electric, but it goes in your tailpipe for the sound!

Hi

Thank you very much GregsSD for your reply.I can read and writte english but it's difficult for me to anderstand when people speak quicly. On the video I have not heard the sound I would like to listen ,a deep sound of the V8.
With the custom part ,electric valve ,I spoke it's possible to activate and desativate his effect .I'll continue my research and ,maybe my memory will come back.

I think you are talking about the VGT duty cyle that can be modified with tunes to make the truck sound like a V-8 or with the turbo whistle.

Never heard of a electric switch controlling it though.... just a custom tune!

its called and electic cut out valve for a gas engine, use them on race cars.... not what you want to do on a diesel

Are you planning on running a dpf delete programmer? And I don't think that is going to work bud but I could be wrong.
