Thats right....when I first did my DPF delete I started it with the sensors plugged in...it started fine...but then I killed it and put everything together..and it would not start...I then cleared the codes.

Actually I set the truck back to stock, cleared the codes, then it started, then I tuned the truck again, and it was good.

There is still one code that keeps comming up a p1000 I called sct about it they say its just a flash code that means nothing it will go away when the truck runs for abit. have you read of any body having this much trouble? Do you think I should just order all the sensors in the exhaust and pray it starts. I just bummed

Why don't you put it back to stock and take it to the dealership. Let them fix it. Then put your pipe back on.

returning back to stock. I was wondering when you return the truck back to stock with the sct 1.20 program can you go to stock on the programer or do you have to put the 1.18 program on, then go to stock on the programer to reset it?

Using the same version 1.20 just install the stock program. 1.18 is still a offroad DPF delete. 1.17 is the on road DPF on/regen on version.
