Dpf delete off of ebay

Has anybody purchased the Dpf delete off ebay? There is a guy who sells them for $200 with new bolts and he has 100% feedback with good responses. Just curious if anybody here has purchased one from him.

Hey bud, got the pipe from that guy on ebay and worked great. The only thing negative is the pipe had a few little tarnished spots but that dosent matter.
