One Piece Driveshaft

I'm located just north of Houston around Magnolia and I'm wanting to get a one piece driveshaft made. I've got a little bit of vibration after my lift and I want to try it and see if it cures the problem. If anybody knows of any shops that could help me out the info would be great. Thanks in advance.

How big of lift do you have? I did 3.5" and I've got a vibration that I can't get rid of also. Had the rear shaft balanced and played with the shimming etc and still can't elimate it. And mine isn't even that big of a lift either...frustrating. I've heard from calling around personally to local shops in SW MI that they can't make them strong enough for how long I need. The vibration is the only "bug" I've been trying to get rid of...

I have 5" lift (about 3 to 3-1/2" rear lift), I put 1" spacers under the carrier bearing mounts and that solved my vibration issues.

I just started talking to Carolina driveline via email today. Seen them used in TV. See where that goes.

Just an update on my conversation with Carolina driveline (which I heard about them on tv) and what they are working on for me at the time. It's a 4" chromoly steel mono tube for $425 without new flanges. However I've been thinking about just getting new flanges so I'll have a complete extra shaft laying in my garage for "just in case". I talked to them about if I needed a cv in the shaft. They have to get back with me about the cost for a shaft with new flanges. I emailed them back for a complex detailed list of what comes with the new shaft; wall thickness, type of u joints, how much shipping is, etc etc

I feel confident about the chromoly shaft being strong enough for 560 rwhp and 1000+ rwftlb truck because they make mono shafts for drag cars making 2500 hp after talking with them. They said they could make it overkill for my application, I said for this I'm 100% ok with that!
