Well I do know a few things.......The other elective classes dont have a problem bringing other peoples vehicles in. For example, Trim will reupholster your car if you buy the materials, Collision will fix your dents, and Paint will fix your sratches. As far as networking, and being cool and sliding in.......this instructor made it clear that this wasnt happening. I tried everything I could think of [ getting my buddy who is already in chasis fab to bring it in for me, offering to pay X amount of money, maybe doing it after hours, getting my instructors to talk to him] The way the class is run is left completely up to the instructor, and this guy wanted no vehicle in his shop other than his student's. And I didnt go in "all knowing" and demand that my truck get worked on ASAP or anything; I talked the instructor humbly and respectfully and I simply got shut down

Now after all this IMO [and other students] this instructor is a D-Bag

He couldnt even direct me in the right direction for a place thaat could install my bars. So I have a pair of 500$ traction bars sitting in the bed of my truck rusting.
