Update

Truck went in on Wednesday. I had egr delete, head gaskets, studs, down pipe, up pipes, belt, tensioners, rocker arms, and radiator hoses.Tech said the engine looked amazing. Both head gaskets were blown and egr cooler was leaking. I caught it in time before any real damage was done.
I can't wait to get it back and feel the difference.

I have about $2000 in parts and the cost at the dealer will be $3500. My dealership is awesome and the tech is very informative.

Maybe its different for a 6.4 and 6.0 but a shop here in Va charges 3300 for headstuds, gaskets, and head decking/magnafluxing. They supply the parts in the 3300 price and they are very reputable.

They put in ALL gaskets, plus all fluids including oil change.I don't think it is a bad price. Knowing it will be done right is worth it to me.

Lancer that's a very good deal. I paid a bit more then that. When I say good deal I mean for a dealer. I think the dealer rate here is 130 an hour
