Beating a dea horse, i know, but bear with me

Ok, so I'm new to the site but have done a LOT of reading throughout the forums and picked up a TON of info. Im about to purchase a 6.4 f250 4x4 ccsb within the next week or so and plan on putting about $2k-2.5K into doing mods as soon as i get it. mainly for mileage gains (or at least thats what im telling the wife! ) but also performance and longevity. but my questions is, since the 6.4 has been out for several years now, most of the kinks are worked out and everyone knows the best package and best bang for your buck. i just want to hear opinions on which are the most important mods as well as best tuner (i know the phalanx and h&s have the best for these motors). i just dont want to "blow" this money on something i shouldve went another direction with. also, id like to hear "REALISTIC" mpg numbers, not overly inflated, that i should be expecting as well. just for reference, i was plannin on downpipe back exhaust with dpf/doc delete, intake, tuner, and egr delete, if i can sssttreeetttcchhhh my money that far

You have narrowed the tuners down so pick which ever one you want. EGR deletes are all about the same. PTP has a good egr delete with elbow for a good price. Exhaust, flo pro or mbrp seem to be the best fitting. Intake, you can mod your stock one, or buy an aftermarket such as AFE or No limit

Thinking about getting rid of the stock 6.7 turbo?
Check this out... and research before buying
