Spartan tunes out yet?? if not, WHEN??? Need better MPGS

spoke to matt several times over the last couple of days. He has the dashdaq there in stock he is just waiting on the last bit of software to load and then he is ready to rock and roll. The day he is ready i am driving over there for him to do the install himself on my truck

I spoke to Matt yesterday. He said they are still waiting on the firmware to be dialed in so everything works properly and efficiently. He could not give an estimate of time due to the fact that the 3rd party firmware supplier has given him a timeframe of a few days several times and still has not produced the product. Hopefully we are getting close at this point in time. I know Matt is more ready to deliver this product than we are ready to recieve it!! (well maybe not!!) We have waited this long, just hang tight it will happen.

I hope they are ready soon...for both us as the customers, as well as for him as a BUSINESS man....guys hes in this to make money, not to be your friend...so I am SURE he wants to sell them.....but come June 1st, when SCT does the custom tuning thing, theres gonna be some great tunes available thru the SCT guys and if Matt does not have his units ready by them, I would expect some customers to go towards SCT, and I hate to see a man lose his money cause of a 3rd party screwup.....but thats what will be taking place...more or less DrewTech will be taking money out of Spartan's pocket.

Isn't there custom tuning for SCT already available thru Eric????

After all of my hub-bub over at the other site, I had a very nice conversation with Matt.
For lack of a better term, it is out of his control.
Having said that, as soon as you let someone else have a scentilla of control, it's trouble. In his defense, he really has no choice or other viable options, so he must sit and wait.
I'm going to wait, that is until SCT delivers their new custom tune in June.
Given the choice of having both delivered to my door on the same day, I will choose the Spartan, but I won't wait an extra day more than I have to...
