Help... What is this?

Can anybody tell me what this is? I bought my 2010 f250 6.4 used with 55,000 miles on it but somehow missed what looks like some sort of aftermarket harness under the steering....

Wait, are you talking about the one mounted to the panel with the three wires and a green button. If thats the one you are talking about then I have know idea what that is. I'd like to know what that is when you find out.
