SuperStrokins-
I run 37's, with stock tune and the DPF/CAT in place and I only run 10 psi at 65.

Must be a ballast of some sort to prevent rattling. Its completely solid, welded onto the pipe... serves no other purpose that I can see.

went onto sct's website and I'm unable to download the firmware or the tune revision. I click on the link and a bunch of code appears. Has anyone else had this issue before?

I just tried downing new copies from SCT's site, all three copied ok. Make sure you download the updater 1.49 as that is the key to getting the serial number and 1.20 tune revision to work. I'm no expert on computers but I know the SCT programs and windows vista don't like each other. You will also have to allow SCT to access or check the livewire serial number as your programming. If the security level is set high it doesn't work. Hope it helps.
