Custom made 4" + 5" exhaust systems who wants in

I have a line on the tubing and mandrel bent elbows etc and i will be fabing up my own exhaust.. i will and can post pictures of it when completed.. Would anyone be interested in a custom system?? deffinatly not going to be $500 like mbrp etc, if i could mass produce these i would pass the savings onto you. so would would be interested?

yes would be cheaper than anything on the market, whole reason i looked into it. if you would want a tip then you can hunt for one and buy it yourself. It would be made out of the same stuff big rigs use for pipe. Im going to be doing a write up on this post and everyone can see fitment and build quailty etc.

If it would fit around my airbags I might be, I had to cut my 5" diamond eye off before the axle and put a 90* on it because it wouldnt fit with my airbags. I head FloPro will because someone on here has the same bags and a 5" flopro. But If you could make the fitment and be cheaper than the flo pro I might be in.

It should fit and im willing to do customs application too, as in if you have tight space around your rear axle i can make that part of it clamp fit so it will be angualar adjustable not fully welded like flow pro etc. The more i can make at one time the cheaper these will be. Custom y pipes also. i will be picking up tube next week and posting pictures along the way.

just curious, what material are you using and what wall thickness? are you doing anything to protect the material, ie; powdercoating ceramic coating, dipping it in zinc, aluminizing, etc?

2008 F250 6.4 - a little of this, a dash of that and soon you have made a truck the way Ford should have made it!

I've been thinking about putting a 5" exhaust on my truck. I'd definitely be interested.

It is aluminumized pipe, can be ceramic coated if you want to spend your money on it, heat paint is the best around where i live. (north east) the pipes dont get hot enough to really need ceramic (downpipe does and helps a lot) 5" has alot of air flow through it and stays pretty cool.
