I have KEM now and the power is great! I run the 250 tune as a daily driver, but the shifting is a bit harsh. I tow on the 210 and the shifting is flawless. I was actually thinking of getting Gearhead tunes myself.

Could you elaborate on what your having trouble with the trans tuning? I'm wanting his tunes because I don't like how h&s shifts at certain speed. My 6.0 never lugged like this truck does.

i run gearheads hot street as my DD and i also have about 10K miles on KEM's 345 tune. Hands down, the gearhead tunes blow it out of the water, the best thing i like about the gearhead tunes is almost no smoke when cruzing, tons of power (way more than i need) and matt made me a stock like shift strategy to go with the Hot Street tune, so it uses stock shift patterns just firmer shifts and it shifts like a dream. I also have Innovatives tune package, which i like, but matt has nailed his 6.4 tuning on the head.

I mostly run the Kem 345 which i like besides the shifting which is a bit hard but i can deal with it and i got the MCC to try Matts tune i found it kind of laggy down low and the pedal responce was slow but it pulled hard up top. i did not like his trans files they all locked at 55mph i was used to 45mph so i used H&S trans file with his tune which worked decent. I really cant tell if KEM's 345, Matt's tune,or the hot damn 300 tune make much more power than each other i think they are close to be honest!
The smoke is very minor with matt's tune compared to the others i will say that but i think that takes away from the responce which i like!
