Just purchased '08 F350

Three days ago, First deisel. Already have a H&S Mini Max, DPF delete w/5" back and EGR plates. How am I doin? lol.

Not going too deep, its a tow vehical. Just wanted to tap a little into the power available and let it breath a little more.

Next stop, head unit with nav. The 350 is a Lariat but not equiped with nav...

Yeah thanks, read through it. I think I'm gonna take it easy on this one. I dumped a wheel barrow of cash into my Dodge gasser, not feeling like I need to do it all over. I did load up the tuner last night - wholly crap!

I had an '05 Ram 1500 with the 5.7. I ended up going a bit overboard with the mods on it. Cam, Heads, one-off intake, built trans w/billet TQ, 250 NX shot through a controller and ded. fuel cell, gears 'n diff, axles, suspension bla bla bla. I picked up a 26' boat and obviously the 1500 was not set up to tow. They are two diffrent trucks with very diffrent purposes (MY 1500 to the F350) Hard to list pros/cons there with such a dif. in set up and only one week of the F350 its hard to really put apples to apples

The 6.4 is much better with power in the RPM range needed for towing. To me that was the big dif. Even if the 1500 was in a stock set up - the 5.7 would struggle pulling 10k and the suspension was way under rated for the need job.
