blown injector with spartan tuner ??

my nightmares have returned from my 6.0 now to my 6.4, Im pretty sure almost 100% i blew an injector today with a spartan tuner .. truck had a little shake to it for a day or 2 nothing that bad but as i was driving today the shake got worse than i herd a clank clank clank sound and i covered a 4 lane road with white/blue smoke so bad that cars where coming to a complete stop ... like i said im pretty sure it is an injector, I installed the tuner at about 18,000 miles and its been on for about 29,000 miles with no problems except for radiator started leaking and had it replaced ive been pretty much running the 250 tune the entire time, I am just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how often and do you guys think it is bc of the tuner and if anyone knows of a mod friendly dealer located in NJ bc i am still under warranty and would love not to come out of pocket for this ... thanks all and there probably is a thread about this i just couldnt come across it

Have you checked your blow by? Cracked piston maybe. I haven't heard of someone "Blowing" an injector on a 6.4

Is there oil coming out of the ccv or anywhere else? I think usually that will happen with a cracked piston. The ticking sound could also be a broken rocker arm. Mine made a ticking sound when that happened.

My truck flashed a code when it cracked #2 piston... when you lose it it pops and the white goes real bad. Also had rocker arm fall off. When that happened it felt like a miss. Alittle white smoke but flashed a code on the tuner not till I stopped at idle did it flash the check engine light.
