xrt delete capable??

I bought an xrt pro and come to find out its vin locked. Welll the previous owner didn't realize it was still locked and I'm sending it back to him to be unlocked. He says it is dpf delete capable but I want to be 100% sure before I tell him I want it back. It was on a 6.7 powersteoke and says fuel type : high sulfur in the settings. Anywhere else I can look or am imissing something. Thanks guys.

On H&S's website it looks like the high sulfur programs are the dpf deleted ones so that part should work. And ive never changed the vehicle type on the xrt pro I have so I dont know about going from a 6.7 to a 6.4..

I wish it still had the box but all I got with it was the carrying case. I'm thinking high sulfur is delete tunes but wanted to clarify. My only gripe with h&s is that I wish they would have made a change in the labeling pf the case or the tuner itself to where a guy could distinguish between a street and delete tuner. Any more info would be appreciated. Thanks guys
