Gearhead tunes

Can anyone give me some feedback with gearhead tunes on the mcc? Like mpg, speed vs the h&s 300. I know he has alot of people that love his tunes, but most are on the 6.0 or sct.. Thks in advance if anyone had any feedback. I'm just trying figure out if I want to spend 400 or not.. If his tunes is faster, better mpg or both I will pull trigger.. Also does anyone know if Eric at Idp will be tuning on the mcc? Thks sorry for all the questions guys..

Eric isnt going to release any tunes on the MCC as of right now

is that how much he is charging for tunes, 400? sheesh i paid 150 for 3 tunes for my 6.0 from him. I emailed matt and never heard back so I didnt both. H&S tuning is fine just wish i had different trans shift points depending on load not set at certain speeds.

he doesn't charge $400 for tunes, but you obviously have to have an MCC unlock code.

I already had one and have written my own tunes, so it wasn't too bad to buy his tunes

they're much cleaner driving around than HD300 even on LBF1, but still very responsive. and the load based shifting is great. kicks down awesome for passing on FM roads without bellowing out black smoke

I know. I miss that from my 6.0. i run schedule 1 medium shift schedule and towing the RZR this past weekend was a pain due to the constant up and down hills and passing semi's. Also on my 6.0 i could tap the brake and it will downshift or unlock torque converter and help spool up turbo so you wouldnt blow smoke and the truck wasnt lugging.

Sorry I should be specific. I thinks it's 200 for the mcc then another 200 for gearheads tunes. Sorry for confusion.
