MiniMaxx ?

Good morning Guy's, I just purchase a MiniMaxx for my 6.4 and when i downloaded the tuner it did something to my truck and shut the entire system down to where i could not crank the engine at all. I called H&S this past Friday and spoke with Tyler and he got me up and running again and then called me back on Monday after the weekend just to make sure that my truck is still running and everything is going good with the system. I am very happy that i went with H&S and that there customer service is top notch. Thank to Tyler over there. I have it set on the easy setting and was wondering how do I increase the horsepower on the easy setting? I still have not got to explore the tuner and have only read the instruction booklet that came with it. Want to add the 60hp setting to it. Thanks guys and i am new to owning a diesel and probably will have some stupid questions for you.

On the right hand side of the mini there are 2 buttons, 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom. Just use those to go up and down between the 4 power levels. Congrats on your purchase. They have excellent customer service.

What was the issue with the download? I'm getting ready to install mine in the next week or so. Trying to avoid any issues if I can.

Thanks

The issue was that it set off a sensor that forced the truck into shutoff mode is what H&S told me. He said it does not happen often it depends on the truck. The fix for it is simple you take the wire that is on the passenger side that is orange with a white stripe going down it and unplug it. Take the male end of that wire and get a good piece of wire that will touch the male end and to the positive side of the battery on the passenger side with the key turned in the on position. It will fire right up and let run for a while. It took me two time of doing that before it wipeded out the sensor code and let me crank it up by the key. Hope that made some sense.

IT is in the engine compartment between the CAI and the battery on the passenger side. When i get my next break i will walk out to the parking lot and take a picture of the wire.

Sorry it is a black w/green stripe male connection that connects to a orange w/green stripe female connection.
