Most run Tial MVR or Precision. 40-44mm is enough. What are the mods to your truck? Pros are controlling backpressure if you have added fuel upgrades, cons are tuning the gate. Some put the gate at the end of the egr pipe but it is best to have it as close to the turbo as possible for reaction time purposes

Great! thanks for the Response.

Someone suggested using a Tial 38mm. Any thoughts on this guys? or just stick with a 40-44mm??
Also when I said pros and cons, I meant referring to specific brands in use, like brand A vs brand B.

I'm currently collecting all the parts necessary to build a strong package. H&S mini (off road), 5" turbo back Flo Pro (4" DP), banks intake, Flo Pro intercooler pipe, Sinister EGR delete (will be doing full delete), ccv mod, FASS sys, Dieselite boots, Sinister coolant filter sys, larger sway bars, traction bars, also has a 6" lift 37's on 20".
I was/am just curious as to what size of waste-gate was recommended for the 6.4 with these types of mods, and where the best ideal location is for it. I've got all these parts ordered and some installed already etc. Just trying to build a solid package!

Thanks again for the response!

With the mods you have listed i would not bother with a wastegate. WHen you add more fuel them add a wastegate.
