Which is the best and safest spartan tune to run for egr delete w/o wastegate

Like the title says...which spartan tune is best and safest to run for egr delete. I have been running the 210 with no issues. I am trying to avoid to much pressure causing a head gasket issue. Thanks for the help

What are your driving habits? Get on it a lot? Tow? Tow heavy? The 6.4 doesn't have the HG issues that the 6.0 does but you can stretch the bolts if you're ragging on your truck every day on a 300+ tune. You can also stretch the bolts if you're on a lower hp tune. It really depends on your driving habits. A lot of people run the 310 tune and don't have any problems. I'm not sure what capabilities Spartan has for you to play with but with H&S, you can set it to defuel to keep your EGTs and/or boost numbers down so you can avoid issues.

The weaker link in this truck will be your torque converter as you get to higher hp numbers.

Pretty easy on driving. I do tow heavy every once and a while but not to often.

I have the same setup and will easily hit 50-52psi on boost at 3/4 throttle. What's the threshold? Guess it depends on how hot the motor is and how elastic the metal is when you are running high pressure. I've heard of someone spiking the motor to 60psi laying into it full throttle but it just blipped up and he got out of it. Also, I'm pretty sure you can hit 50psi on the 210 tune... I run the old 300 tune (the one that came with it) but I just downloaded all updated NEGR tunes so I'll be reloading that tune. It might be identical but if there are any subtle (better) changes to shifting I'll take it.
