5" Exhaust and Spartan installed

I installed my Spartan and 5" exhaust this weekend. I'm running the 250 tune and it is Awsome. This is a totally different truck. I love it.

did you do a downpipe too? Or just 5 inch from the DP back? What about an intake? EGR delete? CAC pipe?

I just did the 5" downpipe back. I installed the Diamond Eye exhaust. I havent did the Intake, EGR Delete, or CAC tube yet. Intake and CAC is next on the list.

I went on a 150 mile trip today. A combo of City, highway, and idialing. 22.7 MPG. It's hard to drive for miliage with all that power.

On the dash. I'll hand calculate it tomorrow when I fill it up. It's gonna be close by the miles driven.

It calculated 20.9. Now the next tank will probably calculate about 12. I cant keep my foot out of it. I love the power.

I just got my 4in DP, 5in AFE back, Spartan tuner, AFE CAI, installed and you ain't jokin. I got 13.1mpg but I attribute that to the trans re-learn process....

I had mine on the 250hp tune as well but I wasn't sure if that shut the EGR all the way off so I bumped it up to the 275hp tune because I've been told that one shuts it down completely and I'm having an RCD EGR delete, hi flow intake elbow, and CAC installed today.

I will say this, I noticed the EGT's got sky high when I got down on it on the 275 tune. Not sure if this is true but I've heard the 310 tune actually will have less EGT's and Boost...so I might ultimately run that until I can get the NON-EGR 210 tunes, then I'll probably back it down to those tunes.
