Whats Your EGTs at WOT

What is the highest EGT these trucks should see. Under a quick WOT run I hit 1800 degrees. Spartan 300 tune, sinster EGR, MBRP turbo back 5".

Thats pretty hot, Try not to see more than 1500 for sustained time I thought the factory sensor maxxed at 1760* Anyways You need to invest in a cold air intake since you didnt list that. That is your main problem. The 300 tune is more DD tune and not a race tune and runs a little warmer than the 275 and 310

Regen mode on a completely stock truck has extended periods (minutes?) of 1100-1300. Some trucks see close to 2k* on the track but thats only for a few sec

That's is down by the DPF that is designed for those temps. The turbo is what we are worried about when EGT's are above 1400.

I try to choose my mods to maximize efficiency and reliability. I run the 300 tune, but with all my air in/out mods, heat doesn't seem to be an issue. I set my alarm at 1350 and I don't remember the last time it went off. Probably pre AFE intercooler.

My alarm is also at 1350 and its almost impossible for me to hot that. Cold air intake brought my temps down huge. 1800 is scary hi

Wrong. Pre-turbo EGT's will sustain 1100-1300 degrees during regeneration on a 6.4L.
