Best tuner?

Hey all, new to this forum and also fairly new to the 6.4. I'm currently looking for a tuner such as spartan, sct livewire, and H&S. Here's my dilemma, I just want to put a dp back 4 inch exhaust on my truck. However as you all know that can't happen with out the tuner. I'm not looking for mountains of power just enough to make my truck faster than the slow stock ways. With that being said which tuner do you all think is right for me? Also should I get an exhaust system with bungs or with out the sensor bungs? Any help would be much appreciated.

I was looking into an mini Max but I can not find an off road just the street tune. To my knowledge you can't even do a custom tune for DPF delete with those.

Try looking for a used one on the forums. I have seen posts of used spartan or h&s for sale recently. I myself purchased a used spartan a couple of weeks ago.

I also interested in this as I cannot find a mini maxx for a decent price ever since the EPA crackdown and im about to purchase a 6.4 I want a mini maxx but wont pay the BS price for it just because there is so many left. Id rather get a spartan at that point.

My spartan was 750 plus 100 to relicense. So no brainier vs h&s prices.
