H&S Race Tuner v. Street tuner

Can anyone tell me the difference between the H&S race and street tuner i heard the race tuner is much much better but hard to find, but nobody can tell me why its so much better?

Race tuner can do DPF deletes and street tuner can't without the proper documentation from the EPA and a purchase if the unlock code

Anyone know how hard those things are to unlock?

I mean some kid unlocked the iPhone in under 4 hours...how hard could a tuner be?
