H&S XRT Pro Update + Effects

I recently updated my XRT Pro tuner for my '08 6.4L. After the install my transmission had to under go the relearning process and was wondering if anyone knew how long that may take? or side effects of driving normally pre-update?
Also for the update I was able to gain an additional 50+ horsepower on top of what I previously had with my tuner. Are there any side affects for having this much power? or signs or damage occuring?

Thanks!

I love my truck and wouldnt want anything bad to happen!

You gained 50+ HP by switching to a higher power tune?

The previous software on my tuner gave me an extra 250 hp and now I updated to the Hot Damn 300 which is allowing my turbos to spool crazy fast and i wasnt sure if that was the only affect it had?

You will be fine. There are a lot of guys running the HD300 daily. Just make sure you have gauges (since I know the XRT is only a tuning device, not gauges like the Mini) to measure boost pressure, EGTs, coolant temp and oil temp at a minimum.

I run the HD 300 daily. I run it on hot, the highest setting. They changed the power level names in an update. But I haven't updated it yet since it was just to change the names for the different power levels.

actually I think they changed some tuning also. turbo spool up and boost seem to come on a lot sooner with the new update. just ask my co-worker with the EFI dodge who couldn't keep up with my 10000# fat *** truck....lol.

all we did was 3 runs from 60-90ish, on way home from work, by 90 I had a solid 3+ truck lengths on him. Then tried getting him to go from a dig and he wouldn't do it. whined about his truck not shifting to OD till I was already letting off. didn't bother to tell him I was only on the mild 250 tune, don't usually run the HD300's unless I'm planning something ahead of time.
