2010 F350: Check Engine Light = P2002..will delete and Tune cure?

I have a 2010 F350 with 12k miles on odometer. I installed S&B dry filter intake few weeks ago and now just got CEL. I checked code and its P2002. Researched on this forum and it appears my non stock intake maybe the culprit. As irony would have it....I planned to do DPF/Cat delete and H&S mini max tuner install tomorrow and all parts came in mail today. My question is: Will deleting the DPF and adding H&S tuner make this issue go away or should I reinstall my stock airbox?
