shock question

i know i'm ordering 5100 bilstein but my issue is i can find 0-2 inch front and 2-4 inch lift rear.it just seems this site lists as 05-12 for shocks?? all other sites are 08-10 only. i have a 2.5 readylift. i'm assuming i just use the front extensions and ditch the rear. just wondering why i can't get a matching set. and on this particular website it list the rough country dual stabalizer in lift increments as well ,is this normal? here are the links and my order.
2008-2012 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty (0-3.5 Only) 4wd - Dual Steering Stabilizer - 87491 | $129.95
2005-2012 Ford F250, F350 4wd (Rear Lifted 2 - 4) - Bilstein 5100 Shock Absorber (Rear) - 24-062466 | $71.95
2005-2012 Ford F250, F350 4wd (Front Lifted 0 - 2) - Bilstein 5100 Shock Absorber (Front) - 24-186018 | $80.96

i know this may seem simple but if you compare to the top gunz site the bilstein model numbers from web site to web site is diffrent. eg 185776 is for 4 inch on one site and 2-3 inch on another?
and 062466 is 2-3 on one and 4-6 on another.
i'm in canada and will pay brokarage and shipping which will add 200 bucks to the order so returning is not an option.why the diffrence??
