Spartan Tuner Question

With the spartan what's the difference between all the letters at the end of the tunes like (210EL) and (210LL) for example?

Torque converter will lock at lower speed vs a faster speed. I was told by Spartan to use the EL files on the 2010 that I worked on.

I have a question, I have the Spartan 6.4 tuner for my 08. Sometimes it feels like the truck is stock and others I can definitely tell that it has its tune on. I run the 75p dpf on. Am I just being skeptical or has anyone else encountered this problem ?
