The 275 and up tunes all turn off the egr. the 210-250 only cycle the egr at idle. you can down load the egr delete tunes from Spartans website

This guy is right. If you do a full delete you can either run the 275 and up tunes all the time, or you can take a few min. to download the full egr delete tunes (NEGR) from Spartan's website and run any of the tunes you want

I would suggest doin the egr delete with intake elbow, as the stock one with the egr valve on it is restrictive. But if you are still under warranty or live in a nazi emmissions testing state I would not do it unless you are wanting to put it back on each time you have to take it in. As soon as I'm out of warranty I will be deleting mine, but for now I'm just running the spartan 300 with egr turned off.
