IRP oil cooler

IPR External Oil Cooler Kit for Ford 6.4 Powerstroke

Has anybody tried this oil cooler? Looks pretty good to me. Plus, you get a new oem oil cooler with the deal.

I have read some threads on the 6.0 section and i would probably stay away from their oil cooler kits. Do a search and research it for yourself before you decide.

If you are going to aftermarket go with Bulletproof. Either with the remote or factory filter locations.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8VUkejBMLg take a look at all 9 videos and tell me that you would pay for this junk! i have the BPD kit and am very happy with it, also remember this kit is just a band-aid on labor the cooler will still clog over time unlike the BPD kit

This would be the one I would go for after looking at them all for a few months.

IRP oil cooler

Unless I'm missing something bulletproof doesn't have anything but their "half kit" for the 6.4 which is also a bandaid as the stock one will plug eventually. http://www.bulletproofdiesel.com/product_p/90409000.htm

If you have the time i would wait until bulletproof comes out with a kit like they have for the 6.0 that eliminates the factory oil cooler completely. I believe they are working on one.

Welll,I'm glad I asked. Thanks to all for speaking up. Yeah, I hate to go to all this trouble and put a stock cooler back in. Guess I'll wait for the BPD replacement...
