I want to now try the HD300 tunes. How do I change to this tuning?

If you are running anything prior to 6.4.33 then you will have to use the h&s updater to update your tuner. If you are running later than that then do what jcain said however if you are wanting to switch tunes then now would be the time to update to the 6.4.48 since you will be re-downloading. If you go this route be sure to hit the update firmware option on your tuner prior to installing the download onto the vehicle.

Keep us posted on the differences. I am thinking about trying the mild tunes instead of the hot damn tunes.

I updated this morning to 6.4.48 and went with the mild tune since that is what I have been running. I thought there might be a way to change tunes without doing the whole procedure again.

That is what I am asking..how do I "just load em up". More specific, what menu function do I use to change tunes?

H&S Automatic Updater - H&S Performance

You only need to update the firmware when installing a newer firmware version.
