Question on buying used mini maxx

I found a Offroad Mini Maxx, delete pipe, afe intake, and egr delete plates on craigslist for 1500$ from what i have read this should be a killer deal.

How can i verify the mini maxx is unlocked?

Will it be any problem if the tuner came off a automatic truck since it will be going on my manual truck?

Do i need to register the tuner under my name or anything of that nature with H&S?

Here's how to tell if it's unlocked:

H&S Mini Max VIN locked?

They will not unlock them anymore though if it is locked. So if it's locked, walk away...
