mini maxx/dpf delete install advice

Tomorrow marks the day for my mini maxx and dpf delete install. I have reads hundred of posts on these but was hoping for some first hand advice, or things you would have done differently if you were to install again.

What type of exhaust?

It is just a dpf delete. Cat will stay as will rest of exhaust. My main goal is to remove the regeneration.

It is very straightforward then. You should not have any problems. Disconnect the DPF sensor/connector from the bundle vice removing from the DPF.

I tried to update my sd card that came with the mini maxx but it said there wasn't enough storage space. Do you erase all the files on the card before you can update? Is it preloaded to plug into truck and go?

This guy has a lift and after doing my DOC/DPF delete on Friday I made up a few new curse words laying on my back working under the truck. But it works great! Follow the easy directions on the Mini Maxx install and it just takes a few minutes.

Run the updater program you can get from their website.

That's is the process I attempted. I then selected mini maxx and that my truck was a 6.4. The download started then stopped at approximately 50% saying I didn't have enough storage space. This is the new sd card straight out of the h&s box. Should I assume it is already updated and ready to load into mini maxx?

That is unusual, but easily remedied with a quick call to H&S. They're good people.

Got mini installed and downloaded on truck. I checked for engine codes before install and there were zero. I chose dpf delete tune (even though it is currently on truck) and tried to start after download complete as it prompted me. Well it will not start. I checked engine codes and it now says P1260 theft detected. Will removing dpf allow it to start? I called h&s but can't get through. Anyone else experienced a similar code or problem?
