IS there a way to delete a 6.4 as of 24/01/13?

I am new to the 6.4 world, know a fair bit about the mighty Cummins, but can't hack the terrible truck around the engine. So I am looking at ford 6.4s because there is actually a truck there to buy haha. Is there a way to delete the emissions stuff as of Jan. 24 of 2013 or has the epa killed it all by now? In the cummins world there is no way to do it now but spartan doesn't exist for it either. I tried the big names websites but they are very unclear as to whether they are selling emissions delete tuners still. Any insight would be helpful, cheers.

Yes, there are still tuners out there to delete. but i wouldnt wait!! Here soon I dont think any one will be selling them. my suggestion is Spartan. As of now the EPA hasnt gotten their hands them yet.

There are tuners still available, h&s mini maxx's are for sale on this forum in the classifieds performance parts section.
It depends on what you want, spartan doesn't have shift on the fly for different tunes, which sucks if you tow and need to go down a few power levels, but if you don't tow or need to change power levels frequently then spartan is good for you.

Most companies (if not all) have suspended selling the DPF delete devices in the states, but if you're close enough to canada, you should be able to get one pretty easily.

False. Alot of shops still have them available, location doesn't really play a role in availability.

performancetruckproducts.com still has the H&S Mini maxx in stock with the DPF delete. I bought mine from them when they were still decently priced.. now because of shrinking stock and all thats happening their asking $1500 for the tuner itself. I would suggest getting something before their gone

We still have some Minimaxx's in stock, prices are going up rapidly though, we order them by the case at one price and then the next time we go to order them when we run out and our cost has gone up again from what we paid last time. So unfortunately there isn't much we can do about that as we have to increase our price as our cost goes up. We also have Spartans too as an alternative if you want to go that route.
