6.4 big power and reliable build

Hey Guys im going to be pulling the cab off in the spring to do gaskets and head studs what else should i do to make big power i dont know what tunes to run id like to go higher than just the h an s 300 but dont know whats out there. Let me know what you guys think i need.

I would do a stock fuel build using the tunes you currently have.

A few items I would consider would be Elite's Tow Power Plus turbo setup, EGR cooler delete with No Limit Fabrication CAC pipe and intake elbow, No Limit Fabrication cold air intake (you'll need it for the larger turbos), Air Dog, ARP head studs, possibly a valvetrain upgrade, a few simple transmission upgrades.....

Now what would the power numbers look like with that build im looking at just Batmowheels will i see an increase with these? what would i need for a tranny upgrade?

Yup, do as Jeff said and get custom tuning via MCC by Matt at Geahead. I hear he will have some stock injector tunes to test in the next couple weeks. The weak point of the 5r I believe is the TC. I would just build it to have it done right the first time.

So is gearhead a tune i can run on my h&s or should i look for another tuner? what do you guys think of rcd for tunes and other stuff? for tranny just a tc and deep pan with synthetics to help with heat? truck only has 57K on it so must is in good shape?

They are already beta testing. As long as you have a mini max and mcc unlock code you will be able to run his tunes. Mcc is a great investment.

I have not seen that RCD tunes with MCC. They tune with SCT and are supposed to do custom tuning on the Spartan but I do not think that is squared away yet

Alright guys thanks a lot for the help!
This is what I'm thinking. Arps and oem gaskets put rcds up pipes on well the caps off. Do the batmowheels, bigger down pipe, and 3 inch Intercooler tube and possibly a upgraded Intercooler? What else are you guys thinking? What's the check list for the tranny just a tc?

Have you thought about a ported intake manifold and 6.0 exhaust manifolds and custom up pipes? I would also do a 4" down pipe and the cold side intercooler pipe. I also dont think the lp batmowheel is a bad mod for the money.

08 F350 cc/sb 4X4
h&s minimaxx, 5" flo pro, 4" down pipe, no limit cold air intake, dirty diesel EGR delete with intake elbow, 6.0 exhaust manifolds, custom up pipes, ported intake manifold, Apex 71mm LP turbo, Rudy's cold side pipe, diesel site coolant and transmission filter, diesel site intercooler boots, ccv mod, bilstein shocks, gogo dd solenoid, HID lights, Airdog II 165, PMF traction bars, PMF drag link, moshimoto aluminum radiator
