Fluids and filters?

What fluids and filters are y'all running. Looking for something to improve over stock stuff, oil, transmission, differential, everything.

Well it's recommended that you use only the factory engine oil filters, but other than that my engine oil is Rotella t6 synthetic 5/40. I haven't changed my diffs transfer or transmission yet but I'll probably go with full synthetic, probably amsoil. I will never run anything but full synthetic anywhere in this truck.

I run Motorcraft oil and fuel filters with Motorcraft Powerstroke 15-40 "Cheaper price at Walmart" I never made it to a Trans oil change though

Motorcraft oil and fuel filters only. Motorcraft 15W-40 came back great on my Blackstone Lab tests. They said I could push out to 7500 miles on it this time.

Motorcraft Cetane booster fuel additive as well.

Motorcraft XL12 (?) transfer case fluid and Motorcraft LV for the trans. Motorcraft Mercon V for the power steering.

I'm not a big Motorcraft guy (despite what it seems like), but the stuff works and it's easy to get so I don't bother buying expensive things on disposable items like this.

aFe PG7 air filter and Wix coolant filters. Mobil 1 synthetic for the diffs (debate syn all you want in the diffs, it works and I don't feel like changing it).

CAT EC-1 ELC coolant for the rad.

I think that covers it for mine.
