H&S Question(s)

I just got two more Mini's today...One spare and one for my other truck. Anyway, my question(s) are simple:

1.) Do the Mini's still come with the MicroSD card adapters anymore? If so, I need to call H&S, because mine didn't come with one. My other Mini, I bought years ago did come with one?

2.) Is there anyway to tell what version of Firmware, Software and build date of the Mini's I just bought?

Thanks!

Mine doesn't have the sd card adapter either but I bought it used so I just pop it into my GoPro then plug it in. Works fine.

For software and firmware version, use a USB cord that plugs into the small plug on the side of the mini and it will power up through the computer and from there you can go through the tuner to the info u want. I think the build date is on the box

It should have the mini sd card adapter. When you first turn on the unit it will show you the firmware across the screen....you can also go into the menu and there is a section that shows you what version and firmware you have installed at that moment. best thing is to just do the updates before even installing it. Im drawing a blank on how to get to the menu that shows that screen, but theres only so many places to look

Thanks guys.....I though these Mini's should have come with the MicroSD adapter(s). I will call H&S tomorrow to inquire.

I know if I hook the Mini's up in my truck, I will get all the software information.....However, I was hoping to leave these in the box until I need them (I have a 2010 now and will be buying another 2010 as soon as my dad gets his 2013). I'm buying his truck from him to add to my fleet. My dad is a freak and won't let me touch his truck until he gets his new truck.

I now own three Mini's....One on my current rig that has been killer for the last 55,000 miles. Two in the box....One of which will make it to my "New" truck I buy from my dada, and one spare in the box (Extra is always good).

So, if I understand this, I can power the Mini's from my PC to check all of the software data?

Thanks Again for any and all info.
