2008 F250 Power Stroke Driver Headlight
PLEASE HELP
I just purchased a 2008 F250. I am having an issue with the drive side low beam. The high beam works fine but no low beam. Can anyone tell me if they have had this issue before and if so, what was done to fix it. I am new to these trucks and have had a little trouble but I find that it is worth it. Love the truck and this site. Thanks for any help. |

Happened with me and my after market lights I took it to a shop that installs stereos and remote starts it turned out to be the switch. Not sure how far back in the wiring it was but they charged me 240. I know nothing about electrical so didn't want to mess with it

The bulb burnt out?

Check for power and ground at the wiring, and if that does not prove out, you need to pull codes from the SJB. Each circuit is protected in the module and will set DTC's if there's a circuit overload and turn the circuit off in the junction box.

Yeah the bulbs are dual element so the low beam can burn out and the high beam still work. Take the bulb out and check for voltage at the socket and trace it back. Check fuses.
