I use amsoil 5w40.

Amsoil 15w-40 here....

I have Amsoil 5w40 in currently. Not sure if I'm going to spend the money to do it again though. Before Amsoil, I had been running Valvoline 5w40 Premium Blue Extreme for most of the trucks life problem free. Truck has 142,000 miles.

Lol
I planned to switch to t6 5w-40 but when my truck went in for warranty I didn't know I had lifetime free oil changes and they went ahead and changed it. So it still has motorcraft 15w-40 in it. |

Valvoline extreme blue synthetic 5w-40 with Rev-X is the best combo I found for idle and all around smooth running .
