Yeah I had 148k when they blew. I ran KEM 250 for 20-25k before than on a livewire and I did run it hard with that tune.

I've been running 300hd for a year without any tune-related issues. I only ever go WOT in short bursts while passing, but I think I'll turn it down a notch now...

I also have the H&S and run the 300 tune, my truck is now in the shop getting head gaskets and studs. Anytime I got on it I would puke coolant, and mine only has 62k on it. Just my two cents.

Sorry to hear. I never do the relearn process, I just drive it and the kinks work themselves out...

Its good bro. Im not glad it happened but im so glad im studded now. I love being able to beat on it now without worrying. Although my trans just took a dump. It made it 158k miles though so it had a long life. Im about to get a nice rebuild though so I can't wait.

I've had my mini on HD300 since I bought it about 6 months ago. I don't drive my truck everyday, and when I do I don't race it often. I haven't had any issues thus far but I've only put about 3k miles on the mini. I love it! Truck has almost 60k miles.
