Feel about Turbo Socks

Thinking about adding a turbo sock to lower under hood temps. Are they any good for a daily driver.

I have a set and I like them. They do seem to reduce under hood temps and my turbos seem to spool up a bit quicker as well.
I got mine from "turbo performance products". At the time they were the only ones available.

I have the same feelings as magnum. Saw about 20 degree drop in cruising temps and definitely feels like the turbos are a little quicker. Also if you plan on doing these, might as well spend the extra $20 and get some titanium header wrap and wrap the top part of your down pipe.

I found these on eBay for $100 with shipping. Seems to be pretty legit, what do you guys think?

Those are the ones I have. But I got them straight from the manufacturer because I wanted black not tan.

How much were they direct? If you don't mind me asking and I would rather have black also.

Same price. I think color might have added like $5.
