What are the vital difference between the mini, black, and xrt.

Xrt doesn't have guages. It just allows the downloading of the tunes and the adjustable settings. The difference between the mini and black maxx is the mini has a smaller screen size.

The XRT was discontinued a couple years ago and doesn't support EGR delete and doesn't tune the transmission. The Black Maxx was discontinued almost a year ago and has poor screen resolution and a cumbersome cradle mount and is a bit of an eyesore.

The Mini Maxx was just recently discontinued, has good screen resolution and is a good size to be functional but not "in the way"

The XRT Pro was also recenty discontinued. It offers the same tuning (though no MCC custom tuning) as the Mini and Black Maxx units. It does not offer gauge monitoring like the Maxx units either

If I heard/read correctly, the Mini Maxx isn't discontinued. They just stopped producing them ATM. They will start making them again, just without the DPF delete tunes already installed and you can download the DPF delete tunes from the site.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

There are still a few to be had. I was able to score one a couple weeks ago.

You think they are shutting down? That's a bummer, no more technical support for us.

While I didn't speak to H&S directly, I did have a long talk with XPD. I believe since they sell a ton of H&S products, they know the inside scoop. I think they are just having to change the way they (H&S) promote/sell their products.

H&S isn't going anywhere, but I'm betting you're going to have to buy an MCC code if you want to write delete tunes for your truck
