Spartan help!
My dads 6.7 is throwing a check engine light. Can I plug my dashdaq in to his truck and pull the codes for him?

I dont see why you cant. I plugged mine in to my dads 04 and read the codes... then cleared them.

Thanks for the reply. I thought I read somewhere that you could just couldn't remember. And wanted to make sure before I did it.

Yes, you can use the DashDAQ as a code reader on another vehicle.

I use my DD to diagnose our dodge service trucks all the time, literally all the time!

Thanks for the reply. One more question can I use it as a monitor on his truck? The reason I ask is because his truck is throwing a P012F code which is the coolant/ engine temp correlation, I just want to see if there is that much difference between the two temps.
