I have been running a trouble free KEM 210 and/or a RCD 450 from an SCT Livewire for almost 45K miles. From the start I just tuned it, removed the CAT and DPF. I have an Airaid filter on a stock box that I tend to leave open most of the time. I am curious should I put my attention into replacing the stock down pipe with a 4" all the way back or do a complete EGR removal? Not looking race the truck just improve it incrementally thus keeping it trouble free. Also, is there any real gains, savings or preventions with either of those upgrades?

Thanks

I would do a full intake before the EGR delete. Then EGR delete, then 4" dp and 3" IC pipe. The egr delete is your best bet for reliability in the long run. The 4" dp and 3" IC pipe will help to drop your EGT's when used in conjunction with an intake elbow included in a full egr delete kit.
